Q. What payment methods are available?
A. Various credit cards, QUICPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. It varies by product, but we aim to ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Since we ship from Tokyo, delivery times may be longer depending on the region. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. Can I purchase as a gift?
A. We usually include an invoice, but if you note that it is a gift in the remarks column at the time of purchase, we will not include the invoice. However, please include the purchaser's information as the billing address to ensure the recipient receives the package. (Anonymous shipping is not possible.)
Q. I want to buy a lot, but I can't purchase more than a certain quantity.
