THINK GREEN PRODUCE Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, CEO Masato Sekiguchi, hereinafter TGP) has announced Christmas products to be sold by Megan - bar & patisserie and GARDEN HOUSE CRAFTS this winter. Megan - bar & patisserie will start accepting reservations for 3 types of Christmas cakes, and GARDEN HOUSE CRAFTS will start reservations for 2 types of stollen from October 9th (Friday).

About Megan - bar & patisserie Christmas Cakes

Featured at Megan is their specialty Tres Leches, along with the ever-popular cheesecake and moist chocolate terrine, now adorned for Christmas. Reservations can be made through a dedicated reservation site and at Megan - bar & patisserie and GARDEN HOUSE CRAFTS affiliated stores. These products will also be available for purchase at stores from December 22nd (Tuesday) to 25th (Friday).

◆ Tres Leches - Holidays Edition -
Price: 4,800 yen (excluding tax) Size: (Serves 5-6)

Decorated with three red berries (strawberries, raspberries, cranberries), this dessert meaning "three milks" in Central and South American style, Tres Leches, has been adapted for Christmas by Megan. It features carefully selected domestic ingredients, using domestic brand flour "Takaragasa" as the base, infused with syrup made from coconut milk, condensed milk, and milk. The layered vanilla cream incorporates crème double for a refreshing and rich flavor. The dense and silky texture of the dough and cream combined provides an enjoyable experience without any alcohol content, making it perfect for Christmas meals with young children.

◆ Chocolat Caramel - Noël -
Price: 3,600 yen (excluding tax)
Size: Diameter 12cm x 6cm (Serves 2-4)

The rich taste of chocolate terrine made without wheat flour and plenty of chocolate and butter is enjoyed with a caramel-flavored chocolate cream and decorated with pistachios, almonds, and hazelnuts, inspired by a Christmas wreath. The terrine section uses 64% cocoa French chocolate for its rich flavor.

Price: 4,300 yen (excluding tax)
Size: Diameter 15cm x 5.5cm (Serves 4-6)

The cheesecake, which has been sold out online daily, appears as a Christmas cake inspired by snowy scenery. Decorated with white chocolate shaped like snowflakes, blackberries, and blueberries. The moist and smooth cheesecake emphasizes the balance of three layers, with an emphasis on Hokkaido cream cheese, selected domestic materials, sour cream frosting with acidity, and a crispy cookie dough accent.

 

About GARDEN HOUSE CRAFTS Stollen

Selected domestically grown wheat, organic raisins, and walnuts are used to create stollen with a focus on ingredients. Two types of stollen will be available for sale. While waiting for Christmas, the flavors of raisins and walnuts will continue to permeate the dough daily, enhancing the taste. Enjoy it slice by slice.

From November 23rd (Monday), they will be sold at GARDEN HOUSE CRAFTS stores in Daikanyama, Shinjuku, and Ogikubo, GARDEN HOUSE CAFE Marunouchi, and GARDEN HOUSE STORE Yokohama, as well as Megan - bar & patisserie. GARDEN HOUSE will start online sales from December 1st (Tuesday), with pre-orders accepted from October 9th (Friday).

40% chocolate ganache added to wheat. Enhanced with lemon confit citrus aroma and Earl Grey tea leaves for a glamorous finish. Enjoy the Christmas colors with pistachios and cranberries.
