At GARDEN HOUSE STORE in CIAL Yokohama directly connected to Yokohama Station, we will hold the Autumn Fine Food Fair from November 1st (Sunday) to 30th (Monday), selecting products with a focus on beauty and health. In addition, we will have an early release of gluten-free pancake mix from GARDEN HOUSE, popular for its pancakes.

GARDEN HOUSE, which started in Kamakura, and its bakery business GARDEN HOUSE CRAFTS, focus on Season-inspired and Fine Crafts themes. For this fair, we have selected products that share the worldview of the GARDEN HOUSE brand. It includes comforting warm teas for the cooling season, original assortments with fruits and nuts to boost immunity, and vegan muffins that are healthy and enjoyable during the autumn appetite at home.

About GARDEN HOUSE's new pancake mix
GARDEN HOUSE has added a new gluten-free pancake mix to its popular pancake mix lineup. While based on rice flour without wheat flour, it aims to achieve a satisfying taste amidst the often bland gluten-free offerings. It includes roasted brown rice flour, soy flour, and almond powder for a fragrant and flavorful blend. Moreover, it uses cane sugar instead of white sugar, offering a rich flavor. Baking powder used is aluminum-free.

We provide recipes for fluffy pancakes using eggs and recipes for vegan pancakes without eggs, allowing you to choose your preferred flavor depending on your preference or mood.
