At GARDEN HOUSE STORE, directly connected to Yokohama Station's CIAL Yokohama, a Cheesecake Fair will be held from Tuesday, September 1st to Wednesday, September 30th. During this period, popular cheesecakes from Megan - bar & patisserie and GARDEN HOUSE Shinjuku, as well as the new Basque Cheesecake, will be featured.

Megan - bar & patisserie will offer "THE CHEESECAKE," which has been sold out online daily since its launch, in limited quantities. With a smooth, creamy texture, the tangy sour cream frosting enhances the cheese flavor, while the crispy cookie base provides the perfect balance of three layers. All ingredients are sourced domestically, with cream cheese from Hokkaido.

This will be the first time it is available in stores, offering an affordable option without shipping fees. Packaged in an original box, it is also perfect as a gift.

The new Basque Cheesecake will also be available exclusively at GARDEN HOUSE STORE. Following the brand concept of "Traditional, Modern, Simple," it features a strong caramelized crust from high-heat baking and a smooth, creamy interior. While many Basque cheesecakes are rich, this one uses fromage blanc and brown sugar to achieve a light, tangy flavor.
