New Gourmet Delights Arrive in Daikanyama with Open Terrace and Takeout Options!

Introducing new menu items from bakery brand GARDEN HOUSE CRAFTS (Daikanyama-cho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo).

GARDEN HOUSE CRAFTS, a bakery concept under GARDEN HOUSE, opened in 2015 at LOGROAD DAIKANYAMA. Focusing on bread made with carefully selected wheat and homemade yeast, the shop offers fresh deli items and sweets using seasonal ingredients, alongside an open terrace where you can enjoy nature while in the city.

Starting April 28th (Wednesday), GARDEN HOUSE CRAFTS will begin selling a new item: Bakery Pizza. These pizzas are not made with the simple dough of typical pizzas using bread flour, salt, and water; instead, they are based on "focaccia" dough. Using mainly domestic wheat, potatoes, and plenty of olive oil, they achieve a light yet chewy texture unique to GARDEN HOUSE CRAFTS' bakery style, emphasizing a pizza that is delicious even with just the dough. Additionally, they generously top their pizzas with seasonal vegetables and ingredients unique to GARDEN HOUSE.

Kamaage Shirasu and Kujo Negi

The lightness of shirasu and the savory aroma of Kujo negi stimulate the appetite.

Quattro Formaggi

Loaded with mozzarella, gorgonzola, grana padano, shredded cheese, and fresh mushrooms.

Milano Salami

A simple yet best combination of tomato sauce, Milano salami, and shredded cheese.

Gardeners

A visually stunning pizza topped with treviso, chorizo, pomegranate seeds, and lemon zest. Add Tabasco to your liking.

They also offer a variety of deli items and drinks. Payment is accepted in cash, and you can easily order from the menu starting from one item. Like their traditional bread and sweets, bakery pizzas are also available for takeout at the store.

*After the state of emergency ends, they plan to expand their alcohol offerings to include natural wines and beers that pair well with pizzas.

Even during Golden Week, the store plans to remain open while strictly adhering to COVID-19 prevention measures. When visiting, please cooperate by wearing a mask and using hand sanitizers.
