GREENING Co., Ltd. (Shibuya, Tokyo; hereinafter GREENING) will be offering the popular "GARDEN HOUSE Hojicha Cheesecake" from their GARDEN HOUSE Shinjuku location exclusively online during the period of temporary closure due to the state of emergency.
GARDEN HOUSE Shinjuku, the second restaurant under the GARDEN HOUSE brand located directly connected to Shinjuku Station at NEWoMAN, is currently temporarily closed following the government's declaration of a state of emergency.
During this period when regular operations are not possible, we have decided to make this popular item available exclusively through our online shop.
Key Features of Hojicha Cheesecake
■ Feature 1: Rich Aroma of Hojicha
We use "Yakuzen Hojicha" from Morinoen, a long-established store in Nihonbashi Ningyocho, to infuse the roasted fragrance into the cream by simmering the tea leaves.

The balance of acidity and richness of cheese is achieved by using cream cheese and sour cream.
■ Feature 3: Smooth and Silky Texture
We achieve a smooth texture by slowly baking it in a water bath.
