These slightly sweet buns are delicious on their own, but as we currently sell three varieties in the store, you can enjoy them with various tweaks. Today, we share some simple recipes from our pastry chef, Chef Suzuki. Use plain round buns to create your own original round buns.
They look adorable, so feel free to post them on Instagram! (Please mention @garden_house_official)

3. Seasonal Fruit Round Bun Sandwich
【Recipe】Fruit Round Bun Sandwich
Ingredients:
Your favorite fruits (strawberries, bananas, etc.)
100ml fresh cream
10g sugar
15ml maple syrup
Instructions:
① Make Maple Whipped Cream
Combine chilled fresh cream, sugar, and maple syrup in a bowl. Whip until soft peaks form using a whisk or electric mixer. Chill in the refrigerator.
② Cut Fruits
Strawberries and bananas are recommended. Cut into shapes that show their cross-sections nicely.
③ Fill with Cream and Fruits
Make a diagonal cut in the round bun, leaving the bottom connected. Open the cut and fill generously with whipped cream. Press the cream into the bun, then use a rubber spatula or table knife to remove any excess cream and smooth the surface.
Insert strawberries or bananas, making sure their cross-sections are visible. Smooth the surface again with a spatula to remove any cream on the bun or fruits.
Chill slightly to allow the flavors to meld before serving. Dust with powdered sugar for an extra touch of cuteness.
